SecuGen Hamster Pro Duo SC/PIV
The SecuGen Hamster Pro Duo SC/PIV combines an optical fingerprint scanner and an ISO 7816 smart card reader in a single device.
The fingerprint sensor is compliant with FBI FIPS 201 / PIV and Mobile ID FAP 20 standards. It features a rugged sensor that is resistant to scratches, impacts, and electrostatic shock. The scanner effectively rejects latent fingerprints and 2 D spoof fingerprint images (such as photocopies) and captures challenging fingerprints, including dry, moist, aged, or scarred prints.
