The AD345G series offers easy operation via its LCD display and panel buttons. Simply select your destination, press the "Scan" button, and the scanned image will be sent to your specified application, such as email, printer, or your preferred image-editing software. Up to nine frequently used scan settings and destinations can be preset for various scanning needs.

A Duplex Scanner for Documents and Cards

Thanks to advanced straight paper path and image processing technology, mixed batches of documents with varying sizes and weights can be scanned, automatically cropped, deskewed, and ready to use. It accepts paper sizes from receipts (2” x 2”) to business documents (8.5” x 14”). The auto document feeder (ADF) can handle paper up to 413 g/m² (110 lbs) and embossed hard cards (like IDs, credit cards, and driver's licenses) up to 1.25mm in thickness.

Enhanced Feeding Reliability with Reverse Roller

Designed with innovative reverse roller technology, the AD345G series enhances paper separation capabilities, ensuring outstanding feeding reliability and minimizing the risk of multi-feeds or paper jams.

Ultrasonic Multi-Feed Detection

The ultrasonic multi-feed detection capability allows the scanner to detect overlapping paper by measuring document thickness. The ultrasonic function can be disabled when scanning documents with labels, sticky notes, or taped receipts. This prevents double-feeding and ensures smooth scanning of documents with different weights and thicknesses.

Space-Saving Compact Design

The AD345G series features a unique, stylish design with foldable input and output trays, helping to save space and protect the unit from dust when not in use. Its slim form factor allows it to fit easily on a desk without occupying too much space.

Powerful Bundled Software Applications

Bundled with TWAIN and ISIS drivers, the AD345G series includes a suite of software applications such as Avision Button Manager, AVScan, and PaperPort. The Button Manager allows you to create searchable PDFs, scan to email, printer, or cloud services like Google Drive™ or Evernote® with the press of a button. AVScan and PaperPort offer powerful image processing and document management capabilities, streamlining your tasks efficiently.
